The Air Jordan VIII turned 30 this year and in commemorating that milestone, the “Playoff” colorway is making its return this weekend. It sports a black leather and nubuck upper with its “23” emblazoned cross straps. A Jumpman appears on the chenille tongue, with “AIR JORDAN” appearing on ankle enclosure of the aforementioned straps.
A multi-color inner, patterned overlays that flank both sides of the heel and a red pull tab, as appeared on the OG, rounds out the upper.
Underneath resides a black midsole and tri-colored rubber outsole with a yellow Jumpman.
The “Playoff” Air Jordan VIII is scheduled to be released on September 30 at nike.com and select retail venues. They will carry a 215 USD sticker price.
