Two-time SWAC DPOY Angel Jackson signs with Italian team

The career of Angel Jackson will continue across the pond.  Former Jackson State center signed a contract with Italian team Faenza Women’s Basketball. Faenza competes in Serie A, Lega Basket Femminile, which is Italy’s premier women’s basketball league.   Faenza ended the 2023-24 campaign with a 6-21 record.  Jackson started her collegiates career at USC before transferring to Jackson State for her final two amateur seasons. This LeBron XXI will bring back the memories of plastic-covered multi-colored living room furniture of many of our elders back in the day. It sports a multi-hued upper with green LeBron logos and a floral pattern against the navy background to help give them the living room furniture feel.  Bright green stands in for the small Swoosh on the lateral side and the LeBron signature on the tongue.  Underneath this upper resides a navy midsole and a gum rubber outsole.  More information to come on three as it avails itself. …

Courtesy of the Southwestern Athletic Conference The Southwestern Athletic Conference recently held its annual SWAC Council of Presidents and Chancellors Spring meeting.
