Daryl Morey and the Philadelphia 76ers were both fined $75,000 by the NBA for a tweet that was directed at Stephen Curry. Specifically what occurred was that Morey took a screen shot of a post from Stephen Curry’s Instagram in which he congratulated his brother Seth, who is a guard for the 76ers, on a good game. Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers: Long Island man commits knifepoint sneaker robbery

Nassau County police arrested a Long Island man for allegedly stealing a pair of sneakers he had arranged to buy. According to detectives, the 20-year-old male victim made arrangements through Facebook marketplace to sell sneakers to Alexander Almonte. The two agreed to meet at a 7-Eleven located at 4420 Hempstead Turnpike.
