Jimmy Butler wears “Latte” Li Ning JB3

We recently spotlighted, for now, Miami Heat star forward Jimmy Butler wearing a black and yellow pair of his JB3 sneakers. Now images of Butler have emerged in another new colorway of the JB3.  Monikered “Latte”, sports a light mocha Boom Fiber upper with Li Ning logos adorning the lateral and medial sides. An initial look at the “Year of the Snake” Kobe V Protro

Initial images of the “Year of the Snake” have come to light. This upcoming Kobe V Protro, which fans of the man and/or his sneakers will unfortunately be frozen out of by the Kobe death profiteers, sports a purple fused upper with black mesh wrapping the heel. The gold-bordered black Swoosh on the lateral side shares the space with a golden snake that wraps the iconic branding. PE Corner: “Golden Medal” Adidas AE 1

This AE 1 was made for now Olympic gold medalist, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards. They sport a black textile upper paired with lustrous gold, with the same/ golden detailing appearing on the Adidas Three Stripes branding on the rear heel as well as the AE logo on the tongue.  Underneath resides a Boost-equipped Lightstrike midsole and a golden rubber outsole  As with the majority of the subjects of PE Corner, there are no indications, currently, of a retail release for these.  images via lovedrose16

The “Cave Stone” Air Jordan 4 is a new colorway of the classic silhouette that reportedly is in Jordan Brand’s 2025 release plans.  At this very early juncture, there are no available images of this upcoming Air Jordan 4, however, it will utilize a cave stone, black, and moon particle color palette. This upcoming color of the Sabrina 2 is inspired by the New York Liberty star guard’s alma mater, the University of Oregon, where she starred from 2016 to 2020. They sport a green mesh upper with yellow appearing on the Swooshes that adorn the lateral and medial sides. Tennessee State’s Draylen Ellis named BOXTOROW HBCU Player of the Week

Tennessee State quarterback Draylen Ellis was named BOXTOROW HBCU Player of the Week. In the Tigers’ 41-28 win over Arkansas Pine Bluff in the35rg Southern Heritage Classic. Ellis completed 20 of 33 passes for 226 yards along with 3 touchdowns. Ellis’ performance garnered him the Southern Heritage Classic MVP. On the season, the reigning Big South-OVC Co-Offensive Player of the Week has completed 58 of 91 passes for 712 yards, 6 touchdowns and just a single interception.
