SIAC announces Outdoor T&F All-Conference Teams

Courtesy of the SIAC The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) has announced the 2022 Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field All-Conference Team, released Thursday. The all-conference teams are comprised of student-athletes who were selected based on their athletic performance. After two years, the SIAC Track and Field Championships return to Rock Hill, S.C. on the campus of Winthrop University beginning on Thursday, April 21st. Grambling’s Monfries sets personal best at Knight Invatational

From the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Coppin State senior Joseph Manu was named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Men’s Track Athlete of the Week, presented by Coca-Cola, and Howard senior Jessica Wright was selected as Women’s Track Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced today.Norfolk State sophomore Isaac Haywood was named Men’s Field Athlete of the Week, while Norfolk State freshman Leslie Young earned Women’s Field Athlete of the Week honors. Saturday, April 9 Albany State will host the 2022 iteration of the Alice Coachman Invatational. Albany State Track has standouts at Emory Spring Break Classic
