Outlaw Recreation Center. From the CIAA: Tournament features extended bracket to accommodate 13 men’s and women’s teams Charlotte, NC – The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) reveals its 2019 conference championship brackets which features two key addition.  The tournamnet slate now features a total of 26 teams (13 men, 13 women) with the addition of Claflin University.  This provides an opportuity to extend the competition to 24 games over the five-day touranment, beginning with two addiitonal play-in games on Monday, February 25.  Championship Saturday sees the men’s game move up to a 4:30 p.m. start with the women’s…
