Mavericks to shut Cooper Flagg down for the remainder of summer league

The Dallas Mavericks have decided they have seen enough from Cooper Flagg, opting to park the former Duke forward for the rest of the summer league.  The number 1 overall pick in June’s NBA Draft struggled in his summer league debut against the Los Angeles Lakers, shooting just 5-21from the floor for 10 points. A new set of images has emerged for the highly anticipated “Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 1.  They sport starfish at the toe underlay, with black leather present at the toe, eye row and collar. Black Swooshes also adorn the lateral and medial sides, with the hue also taking care of the Wings logo on the ankle. A group of thieves made off with thousands of dollars in Nike footwear. According to police in Memphis, Tennessee, multiple cars drove onto the lot of IMC Logistics, located on East Holmes Road just after 1 am on Sunday, May 31.  Several individuals exited the vehicles and headed to the northeast corner of the lot, where the container in question was located and forced their way inside it.  The team of crooks loaded several boxes of Nike sneakers into their vehicles and sped away. In 2023 Tennessee State announced that it was planning to offer ice hockey, making TSU the first HBCU to feature the sport. Tiger hockey was initially set to drop the puck in the 2025-26 season, however, the historic inaugural season has now been pushed back to 2026-27.
