The KD III has been called back into service, with the “All-Star” colorway having previously made its second retail run in February and now a colorway that hearkens back to Durant’s early days in OKC is set to debut.
It sports a light silver leather upper underlaid with forefoot section equipped with Flywire and mesh panels on both the lateral and medial sides. Blue Swooshes adorn the lateral and medial sides, with the former filled with a series of repeating “100”, which is a nod to KD’s “Easy Money” moniker. Metallic copper takes care of the KD logo on the tongue, as well as the “KD35” branding on the rear heel. The insoles display a KD and money motif.
Underneath the aforementioned upper resides a Zoom Air-equipped midsole and a glow-in-dark outsole.
The “Easy Money” KD3 is scheduled to begin their retail journey August 9 at nike.com and select retail venues; they will carry a 130 USD sticker price.
