The ongoing saga of the “Flu Game” Air Jordan XII has a new chapter.
Several weeks ago it was reported the original colorway of the XII was in the works, however, that excitement was short-lived as news emerges they were scrapped and the monikered “Bloodline” color would release in its place. According to sneakerheads, per sneaker files, the “Bloodline” has been scrapped and the “Flu Game” release is back on for 2025.
At this time there are no images but we should expect to see the “Flu Game” as we know them- black ribbed tumbled leather upper, red lizard print mudguards, Jordan/Jumpman branding on the tongue and rear heel atop a black and red midsole and red rubber outsole.
There is no indication on whether these will follow in the outsoles of the upcoming “Steel” Air Jordan X and “Black Cement” III in that they will strive to feature the original shape and come in original packaging.
Images are not that of the 2025 version.
