Former NBA guard Nate Robinson underwent a successful kidney transplant Friday morning at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. The Jimmy Butler saga has mercifully come to an end. The disgruntled star was sent to the Golden State Warriors in a deal that involved the Utah Jazz, Detroit Pistons, and the Miami Heat. From the CAA: Commissioner Joe D’Antonio has issued a suspension to Drexel men’s basketball student-athlete Yame Butler for a violation of the conference’s sportsmanship policy. Butler committed a violation of the conference’s sportsmanship policy during the second half of the Dragons’ game against Northeastern on January 23. Butler will sit out the first half of Drexel’s game against Delaware on Saturday afternoon (Jan. 25).
