The man who has been known for perhaps the most infamous punch in NBA history will spend the next six years in federal prison and pay $970,000 in restitution. Kermit Washington, who played ten seasons in the NBA, plead guilty in November to falsifying a statement on a tax returns and aggravated identity theft. Fat Joe’s former business partner in NY sneaker shop pleads guilty to wire fraud

Scott Spina, or Scotty Kickz as he is known in the sneaker world pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud and was looking at up to 20 years in Federal Prison according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office statement.
