The Tennessee State Tigers have another reason to celebrate despite their latest result on the football field.
Junior wide receiver Cam Bulluck has been named the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) Football Offensive Player of the Week after producing a career-best performance against UT Martin.
Bulluck finished with seven receptions for 191 yards and three touchdowns, averaging an impressive 27.3 yards per catch. His performance included a spectacular 99-yard touchdown reception that highlighted his big-play ability.

Tennessee State will look to build on the offensive production as the Tigers next face a Morgan State team who allows the most passing yards in the MEAC at 318.7 yards per game. Bulluck’s ability to stretch the field and produce explosive plays could remain an important factor in Tennessee State getting the win against the Bears but also as the Tigers get into the teeth of OVC play.
Although the loss to UT Martin was disappointing, Bulluck’s performance demonstrated the impact he can make when the ball comes his way.
