We recently showed you the “Little Mountain ” Kyrie 5 PE that honored Kyrie Irving’s late mother. Tonight in their game against the Washington Wizards, he unveiled another player exclusive sneaker.  Crated for their game against the Wizards, this Kyrie 5 features an all over galaxy print on the upper with a bright pink Kyrie logo on the white tongue. Kyrie 5 “Little Mountain” PE is in honor of Kyrie’s mother

This PE was created for Kyrie Irving for the Boston Celtics’ December 8 game against the Chicago Bulls.  Featuring a light blue upper, the shoe features a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal seal, a nod to his late mother, Elizabeth Ann Larson, an enrolled member of the tribe. The Lakota name the Standing Rock Sioux tribe gave Kyrie in August, “Little Mountain” appears on the toe box. A look at the “Galaxy” Kyrie 5

This version of the Kyrie 5 features a navy blue upper with metallic silver coloring on the lateral and medial side Swooshes and tongue Kyrie logos. On the Venus Flytrap-inspired lockdown system a galaxy pattern is found. On the heel, the all-seeing-eye makes its home. Other visual features include a white midsole and white outsole with multi-colored sections going from forefoot to heel. According to US11, this Kyrie 5 is scheduled for a December 15 release. The sticker price is anticipated to be $130 USD.

Kyrie Irving plays one-on-one with his father

To go along with the retail debut of his fifth signature shoe, the Kyrie 5 Nike released a special video as part of their #JustDoIt campaign. In the video, Kyrie plays one-on-one with his dad, Dreaderick, who was quite a player in his own right. Irving also talks about how his father sacrificed his own dream so he could actualize his. Over a week ago we covered Kyrie Irving breaking out the Kyrie 5 in an all black look in Celtics practice. Now more than a week later a new colorway has surfaced. This new colorway features a navy upper with silver for the large lateral Swoosh logo and the Kyrie logo on the top of the tongue. Underneath the laces is a  green and purple tie-dye like pattern.
