Tragedy has unfortunately touched Livingston College. Monday, Eric Henderson a member of the Livingstone basketball team was killed in a car accident. According to WRAL.com, Henderson was killed in a two-car collision that involved a an off-duty Cumberland County sheriff’s deputy.was travelling west on Highway 13 in Cumberland County , heading back to school, when his car crossed the center line and collided head-on with a pickup truck driven by an off-duty sheriff’s deputy. Albany State to take part in “ATL Has Something to Say HBCU All-Stars Challenge”

This weekend will see the debut of the inaugural ATL Has Something to Say HBCU Challenge. The event will be held at Morehouse College, it will feature SIAC and CIAA teams squaring off as well as Atlanta public high schools taking each other on. The Challenge tips off with four games, starting at 1pm EST and Saturday, action tips off at 10 AM EST with Atlanta Public School play .
