Nick Young has agreed to a deal with the Denver Nuggets. The team made the announcement Monday morning.  Young comes to the Nuggets fresh off a championship with the Golden State Warriors last season. Cavaliers trade Kyle Korver to Jazz

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski the Cleveland Cavaliers traded veteran sharpshooter to the Utah Jazz in exchange for Alec Burks and two future second-round picks. Korver had been averaging 6.8 points in 15.7 minutes per contest while shooting 46.3 percent from three-point range. According to the New York Times’ Marc Stein free-agent center Joakim Noah and the Memphis Grizzlies are in “extensive discussions” about signing him to a contract.
