Cam Newton tests positive for COVID-19

From Michael Baca of nfl.com : New England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton has tested positive for COVID-19 and has been placed on the reserve/COVID list on Saturday, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport and NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported. Last year’s release was a big hit, selling out at the team’s pro shop in under a half hour and resulted in an over $100,000 donation to the sports and fitness programs at the Boys and Girls of Boston (BGCB).
