Donald Trump’s sneaker company files lawsuit over counterfeit goods

The sneaker line of former President Donald Trump, 45 Footwear LLC, took legal action against a host of individuals and businesses accused of selling knock-off versions of their products. According NBC News, the suit, filed in federal court in Arizona, alleges trademarks and copyright claims. The defendants have not been named, however the plaintiffs indicated they will be revealed in upcoming sealed document. However the lawsuit does state the defendants consisted of individuals, unincorporated business associations and business entities largely located outside the United States operating through domestically hosted wesbites.…

Tennessee State Basketball adds three new players

Tennessee State head men’s basketball coach Brian “Penny” Collins announced the addition of three new players to the program- Maddox Bodenhamer, JC Brooks, and Josh Ogundele. Maddox Bodenhamer Bodenhamer is a 6-1 guard out of Nashville, TN. As a senior he averaged 15.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.4 assists, garnering 1st Team All-District honors and helping Antioch High School to a 21-9 record. Florida A&M gets commitment from former ACC Player and three-star prospect

Former three-star defensive back Bralyn Oliver has committed to Florida A&M. Oliver, announcing the latest chapter in his collegiate career in a post to his X account.  He didn’t take part in any games last season for the Orange; Emily Leiker of syracuse.com reports that he was not halfway through the season and entered the transfer portal in December.
