Courtesy of Tennessee State Athletics Tennessee State football’s Kaleb Mosley was named the Ohio Valley Conference Specialist of the Week for the second time this season after his performance against Eastern Illinois on Saturday. The senior kicker was a perfect 3-of-3 with three 40+ yard field goals (42, 42, 46).
