A 52-year-old Portland, Oregon man is accused of stealing over $5,000 of sneakers from the Northeast Portland Nike Outlet. Kevin Millage was arrested as a suspects in thefts from the store after detectives reviewed footage from the store’s video surveillance system.  According to court documents, Millage admitted to detectives that he is a drug addict and that he pilfered the shoes in order to sell them to obtain drugs. Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers: Bridgeport, CT thieves pilfer 3K worth of Nike Shoes

According to Bridgeport, Connecticut police, a duo of burglars stole 10 pair of Air Jordan sneakers valued at $3,000. The thieves also caused more than $6,000 in damage when they broke in the front door with a crowbar.  Cameras caught the two men entering the three-story apartment complex carrying empty bags. In our latest edition of Stupid Things People Do for Sneakers, we submit the case of Travis Pastorius of Utica, NY.
