This Air Jordan 4 was made for the athletes at Howard University.  They sport a navy nubuck upper adorned with navy-backed white netting on the sides and tongue. Standard Jumpman and “Flight” branding are perched atop the right tongue, while Howard branding stands in for the iconic logo on the left. PE Corner: “UNC” Air Jordan 10 PE

This Air Jordan 10 was made for the Tar Heels of the University of North Carolina.  The team exclusive iteration of the X sports a white leather upper with university blue overlays at the lateral forefoot as well as one that wraps the heel and features an embroidered white Jumpman on the medial side. PE Corner: The “Green Laser” Air Jordan 4

While not a Player Exclusive, this iteration of the “Laser” Air Jordan 4 is a F&F exclusive, limited to a mere 68 pairs.  They sport a green upper, the entire surface of which is laser-etched with the silhouettes of multiple Air Jordan models. Black-backed netting shows up on the sides as well as the tongue; the hue also covers the inner lace tabs and the rear heel.  Perched atop the tongue is a red, molded Jumpman, a more detailed upgrade to the embroidered branding that normally occupies the space. PE Corner: Duke Basketball shows off another Kobe PE

Duke Basketball was not done unveiling jaw-dropping Kobe PE’s and they may have saved the best one for last.  The white upper with black panels at the toe and sides is complemented with eye rows that transition from white to royal blue. Black mesh wraps the heel, joined by an external heel counter that features a Kobe signature.  Blue-bordered Swooshes adorn the sides, while a Kobe and Duke logo are seen on the right and left tongue, respectively. Earlier this week Duke Basketball showed the world a team-exclusive black and blue iteration of the super over Kobe V. PE Corner: LSU basketball gets exclusive Nike Ja 3

LSU basketball unveiled its team-exclusive version of the Ja 3.  This iteration of the Ja 3 sports a lightweight purple mesh foundational layer over top is yellow textured areas that form a claw scratch-like aesthetic.  A downturned, gold-bordered purple Swoosh is seen on the lateral side, along with a subtly displayed “A.”  A purple, branded tongue completes an upper that sits atop a ZoomX midsole that also features LSU branding, as well as a purple rubber outsole.  At this juncture, unfortunately, there is no indication of a planned retail release. …

Duke Basketball unveils Kobe V PE

Duke women’s basketball revealed a team-exclusive iteration of the Kobe V Protro.  This striking colorway sports a Duke Blue upper with a black fused overlay at the forefoot and eye rows. This Player Exclusive iteration of the Kobe VI Protro was seen on the feet of Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark. They sport a blue snake-scaled upper adorned on the sides with black Swooshes.  A Kobe logo is perched atop the champagne mesh tongue, with Kobe’s signature appearing on the external heel counter. Though injury kept her from playing in this weekend’s WNBA All-Star game, from the ankle down the Indiana Fever made a statement with her footgame.  Clark unveiled an All-Star-inspired Kobe V Protro that features a navy base with fuse panels that start off yellow but transition to an intense orange at the eye row.
