GS Air Jordan 8 releasing this holiday season

This winter-themed Air Jordan 8 is a grade school exclusive and is the latest addition to the Air Jordan 2018 Holiday Collection. The sneaker is outfitted in various blue tones on the upper. A snowflake print makes its home on the midfoot and on the heel overlay. The upper sits atop a white and blue midsole and what appears to be a translucent outsole. This Air Jordan 8 is coming to nike.com and select Jordan Brand retailers later this holiday season.

Morehouse v Albany State pushed back to Sunday due to Hurricane Micheal

Morehouse’s (6-0, 2-0 SIAC) athletics department announced earlier today that its SIAC eastern division opening game versus Albany State(3-3, 2-0 SIAC) that was originally scheduled for Saturday, October 13 has been pushed back to Sunday, October 14 because of the damage in Albany caused by Hurricane Michael. Kickoff will now be at 1:00 p.m. EST at B.T. Harvey Stadium on Morehouse’s campus. The contest will also be streamed live on FloSports, with the pregame starting at 12:45.

Spurs’ starting point guard Derrick White tears plantar fascia

The injury bug is kicking the San Antonio Spurs, at least the point guards, right in the tushy. Sunday, starting lead guard Dejounte Murray was lost for the season with a torn ACL and now recently named starting point guard Derrick White has also went down with an injury.
