Sources have told ESPN that Missouri State is expected to hire Tennessee State’s Dana Ford as its head coach. He replaces Paul Lusk whose ballclubs never finished higher than third in the Missouri Valley Conference. Coach Ford has been at TSU’s helm for four season. Though he has an overall record of 57-65, he has gone 52-39 since a 5-26 record in his first year. He has lead the Tigers to records of .500 or better in the last three seasons. Alabama State inks deal with Adidas

Earlier today the Alabama State athletic department announced the university has entered into a five-year agreement with Adidas in which the company will be the official provider of footwear, apparel and accessories of the Hornets through the 2022-23 season.
