As the season draws closer to its completion there was a host of movement in Week 9 of Dr. Cavil’s Inside the HBCU Sports Lab’s Mid Major Top 7. This Saturday the Golden Rams of Albany State University host Edward Waters in what could be their last home game of the season. Albany State (4-3, 4-1) enters the content fresh off a 52-6 Homecoming destruction of Morehouse last week. ASU quarterback Isaiah Knowles completed 17-of-27 passes for 288 yards and a career-high 6 touchdowns. Javion Jackson hauled in 7 passes for season highs in both yards (149) and touchdowns (4). Jeffery De La Concha named Lane College head baseball coach
