Though it was the KD VI that Durant wore during his 2014 MVP campaign, Nike opted to use the very popular KD IV as the canvas for this themed sneaker.  It sports a white textured fused upper; a gold-bordered blue Swoosh appears on the ankle strap, while the same branding in white appears on the medial side.
