Under Armour partners with KY Boys and Girls Club to donate over 5000 shoes

Owensboro,Kentucky’s Cliff Hagan Boys and Girls Club is going to give away 5,500 pair of shoes, all due to Under Armour. According to the club, the Baltimore-based athletic company had some extra shoes that they needed to get rid of and contacted the non-profit. Hagan has contacted local youth-serving and other non-profits to see if they need shoes. A Phoenix Arizona non-profit , Cloud Covered Streets ,gave out 210 pairs of brand new sneakers to those in need this week. Since August the organisation has taken a mobile laundry shower and laundry built by their executive director Robert Thornton around the area three times per week.
