Warriors will be without Draymond Green for second straight game.

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green will miss his second consecutive game due to a foot injury. Though Green was a full participant in the team’s practice Wednesday following the opening night keister-kicking the Nets gave them, head coach Steve Kerr said that he would not play in their Christmas Day game against the Milwaukee Bucks. However Kerr did say that he hoped to him back either for their Sunday game against the Bulls or Tuesday versus the Pistons.

From ESPN: The Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thundergame for Wednesday night has been postponed, the league announced. The NBA said three Rockets players have returned tests that were either positive or inconclusive for coronavirus under the NBA’s testing program. In addition, four other players are quarantined at this time under the contact tracing protocol. Contact tracing protocols caused the Rockets to send home three players Wednesday after rookie teammate Kenyon Martin Jr. returned a positive coronavirus test and needed to be tested again for confirmation, sources told ESPN. John Wall amongst Houston Rocket players sent home while team traces COVID-19

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, John Wall and s few other Houston Rockets players were sent home Wednesday due to another teammate testing postive. To be clear, Wall himself tested negative , but the tracing stems from rookie Kenyon Martin , Jr, who is “not with the team, self isolating”, per the team’s injury report. NBA expands opening night rosters, retains coaches’ challenges

From the Associated Press: The NBA coach’s challenge is back, and here to stay. Following the recommendation from the league’s competition committee, the NBA’s board of governors voted Thursday to keep the challenge as an option for coaches going forward. It was introduced last year on a one-year trial. Coaches challenged 700 calls last season, including the playoffs. Calls were overturned 308 times, or a rate of 44%.
