The Buffaloes will formally apply for Big 12 membership on Thursday, when the Big 12’s Board of Directors will approve the Buffs to begin Big 12 play in 2024, sources said. Mallett, who was most recently coaching high school football at White Hall High School in White Hall, Arkansas. Tennessee State’s JJ Holloman drafted by New Jersey Generals

The USFL held its draft yesterday and the recently resurrected league has shown it has no issue drafting HBCU talent.
