Jared Dudley out for game 2 versus Philly

Nets forward Jared Dudley will miss game 2 of their first round Eastern Conference playoff series against the Philadelphia 76ers, according to Shams Charania of the Athletic and Stadium. Andrew Joe Potter of the Score reports that Dudley has been dealing with tightness in his right calf since their Game 1 victory Saturday. In his 28 minutes of action in Game 1, Dudley posted 4 points, 4 assists and a steal.

Houston Rockets trade James Ennius III to Philadelphia 76ers for 2021 pick

According to The Athletic , the Houston Rockets have traded backup small forward James Ennis III to the Philadelphia 76ers for a 2021 second round draft pick. As Rockets GM Daryl Morley is known to be a wheeler and dealer when it comes to changing and improving Houston’s roster, this could be a step in a larger plan for the ball club.

North Carolina A&T defeats Jacksonville State University 20-17 in FCS Kickoff game

Although it was pretty at times, North Carolina A&T managed to hang on to defeat Jacksonville State, 20-17 in the Guardian Credit Union FCS Kickoff. Aggies’ quarterback Lamar Raynard did not look like himself and struggled, completing only 12 of his 34 passes for 111 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. A tough season for Tennessee State came to a rough end with a 36-6 loss at the hands of the no.2 ranked Jacksonville State Gamecocks.
