This Black and Red AE 2 sample needs to release

Initially I was down on the aesthetic of the AE 2, however after seeing the images of the royal colorway my stance on the silhouette started to soften. Although I’m not sure about the performance capabilities as compared to its predecessor, however from an aesthetic standpoint, the AE2 is a step back.  It sports a black TPU upper with only the red AE logo on the tongue offering the only bit of visual variety from the otherwise monochromatic appearance. The same AE logo appears on the tongue, while black appears at the rubber outsole, rounding out the single-hued look.  More information to come on these as it avails itself.  images via allinlivee
