Six from Fayetteville State earn USTFCCCA All-Region Honors

Courtesy of Fayetteville State Athletics The Fayetteville State women’s 4x400m relay squad ran an NCAA DII Provisional Qualifying time of 3:52.92 at the Camel City Invitational in Winston-Salem, NC. The Bronco squad of Jessica McQueen, Teanna Bell, Queen Burnett, and Tracy Idugboe carried the baton around the JDL Fast Track facility for a third-place finish behind Troy and Elon in Section 1. CIAA Indoor Track News: Saint Augustine’s Men’s track gets it done at VCU Invitational

Courtesy of Saint Augustine’s Athletics Freshman Terrell Robinson continued his hot start from Winston-Salem last month with two first place finishes at the VCU Invitational. The talented freshman posted a 6.74 time in the 60m final, and a 21.90 in the 200m. Not to be outdone, fellow freshman, Kailen Perry won the 400m with a time of 49.54. Saint Augustine University’s world-renowaned track coach George Williams was involved in a car accident while he was in Qatar for the World Track and Field Championships.
