Harris Stowe State University receives bomb threat

St. Louis, Missouri’s Harris-Stowe State University is the latest HBCU to be the target of a bomb threat Tuesday morning. According to a statement issued by the University, St. Louis Metropolitan Police as well as the FBI have been contacted and are investigating. Authorities are conducting a search of all campus facilities. Classes and university operations, which also include the chow hall have been suspended. Tuesday morning Morgan State became the latest HBCU to receive a bomb threat, coming on the heels of six institutions thst were threatened just yesterday. The campus has been closed and the campus is being searched. (7News) — A shelter in place has been issued for students and staff at Bowie State University due to a bomb threat Monday.  CNN is reporting that at least six Historically Black Colleges and Universities have received bomb threats launching police investigations.
