“Metallic Gold” Nike Air Max 97 to release in April

2017 marks the 20th anniversary of the Air Max 97 and to commemorate this, the OG “Silver Bullet” was released earlier in the year and now another OG colorway will follow it. The Metallic Gold colorway is making its first appearance since 2010. It features its metallic gold upper that earned the shoe its nickname. KOBE A.D. “Oregon”

These will be coming soon to the feet of the University of Oregon Men’s basketball team. This team specific version of the A.D. features a black upper with yellow for the branding of the tongue Kobe logo, Swoosh, and the “O” logo on the heel. The midsole is wrapped in a yellow duck wing graphic. These are set for a March 10 release.

Nike Flyknit Racer “Goddess”

This all-white incarnation of the Nike Flyknit racer pays tribute to Nike, the goddess of victory. Dressed in white Flyknit, with only its black midsole breaking up its monochromatic look. These will release on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2017.

Kyrie 3 “Duke” to release next week

Continuing the trend set by its predecessors, this colorway of the Kyrie 3 shows love to the college Kyrie attended, Duke. This model, which debuted in the Blue Devils’ February 28th game against Florida State, is dressed completely in a royal blue with “DU” wrapping the left heel and “KE” on the right. The Nike Air VaporMax is the latest step in the journey of Nike Air that began in 1987 with the original Air Max and its groundbreaking visible air unit. With the VaporMax, no longer does the air unit have to be undergirded by a layer of rubber for the purposes of increased protection and durability.
