Joel Embiid status for game 1 against Nets uncertain

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid is not certain if he will take the court Saturday for game one of the team’s first round playoff series against the Brooklyn Nets because of let knee pain. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to a deal with David Griffin to run their basketball operations. In news that should make Lebron James smile, the Los Angeles Lakers and head coach Luke Walton have agreed to a mutual parting of the ways. The team made the announcement on Friday afternoon that after three years Walton would no longer be their head man.
