title image via hkd_35 Earlier this week against the New Orleans Pelicans, Phoenix Suns star forward Kevin Durant took to the court in yet another PE of his KD 16 sneaker.  This multi-color sneaker sports a purple weave upper overlaid with orange. It sports a purple mesh foundational layer overlaid with leather of the same color at the toe and flanking the forefoot. These KD 16 were seen on the feet of Indiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam in their recent game against Oklahoma City Thunder.  The blue weave of the upper is paired with black ovaerlays. Jason Tatum recently took the court in this collaborative PE his Tatum 2 sneaker. Birthed in conjunction with Portland, OR based sneaker themed coffee shop, Deadstock Coffee, it sports a white leather upper with mocha colored elephant print at the toe and the heel, seemingly as a nod to the Air Jordan 3. Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers: Jersey City sneaker spot victim of smash-and-grab

Police in Jersey City are on the hunt for a group of thieves that robbed a local sneaker store. According to “The Loop” owner Mars Shehata, the thieves gained access to the store, by using a bolt cuter, or similar tool and then breaking the store windows with tossed rocks. Surveillance footage depicted the suspected individuals loading an SUV, which was found to be stolen, with various Air Jordan and Yeezy sneakers.
