The daughter of Deion Sanders, Alabama A&M guard Shelomi Sanders, has signed a NIL deal with Dexcom U. Dexcom U is the NIL arm of Dexcom, the company is a “pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Shaqir O’Neal, son of basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal is heading to the Highest of Seven Hills.  “Shaqir has played in one of the premier programs in our conference and for a great head coach,” said head coach Patrick Crarey. “He brings versatility, athleticism, and experience to our team. Player Spotlight- A’ja Wilson & Angel Reese A’ja Wilson scored 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the Las Vegas Aces 104-85 thumping of the Los Angeles Sparks. Free agent guard DeMar DeRozan was acquired by the Sacramento Kings in a three-team sign-and-trade, inking a 3-year, $74 deal.  The deal sends forward Harrison Barnes and an unprotected 2031 pick swap to the San Antonio Spurs, while the Chicago Bulls receive guard Chris Duarte, two-second draft picks and cash.  Barnes, 32, appeared in and started, all 82 games for the Kings, averaging 12.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per contest. title image via Albany State Athletics Albany State guard Reggie James and forward Jordan Simpson were selected to take part in the HBCU All-Star Dream Classic.  James, a 6’4” senior guard out of Trenton, NJ appeared in 20 games, 5 starts, and averaged 5.3 points and 2.8 rebounds in 20.2 minutes per contest.
