Bowling Green reportedly targeting Eddie George to be their next head coach

According to reporting from Pete Thamel of ESPN, Tennessee State head coach Eddie George is being targeted by Bowling Green to fill their head coach vacancy after the departure of head coach Scott Loeffler. Since the inception of the Southern Heritage Classic in 1990, Tennessee State has been a staple, participating in every playing of the contest.  However, that will change in 2025.
