Albany State Tennis gets two wins

The Albany State tennis team moved to 2-0 after wins over Central Alabama Community College and Huntington College in their season’s first competition. Game 1 saw ASU defeat CACC 7-2. In singles matches, Asia Raulerson, Bianca Leao, Carla Sorroche, Allyah Williams and Sumana Panauganti were all victorious, while tandems Bianca Leao & Allyah Williams and Sumana Panauganti & Carla Sorroche got wins in doubles. Game 2, Albany State swept Huntington College 9-0. Asia Raulerson, Doylisha Copeland, Bianca Leao, Carla Sorroche, Allyah Williams and Sumana Panauganti were all victorious in singles competition. SIAC unveils 2022 Baseball All-Conference Teams

Courtesy of the SIAC: The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) has released its 2022 Baseball Preseason Teams as voted on by the league’s head coaches and sports information directors. High expectations are on the horizon for the Spring Hill Badgers leading all teams with seven preseason selections. Golden Rams beat up on Carver College, 91-55

Albany State Women’s Hoops falls 63-60 to West Georgia
