Monday the NBA announced the Players of the Week for the first week of the season. Jayson Tatum was named Eastern Conference P.O.T.W., while Damian Lillard took honors for the Western Conference. Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers, Western Conference Damian Lillard led the Portland Trail Blazers to a surprising 3-0 opening week. Magic guard Jalen Suggs has suffered what appears to be a leg injury in their preseason game against the Mavericks . In the first quarter Suggs went to set a screen on Dorian Finney Smith when he collided with Finney-Smith’s leg and appeared to hyperextend his left leg.
