Tennessee State Postpones Launch of Historic Hockey Program to 2026

In 2023 Tennessee State announced that it was planning to offer ice hockey, making TSU the first HBCU to feature the sport. Tiger hockey was initially set to drop the puck in the 2025-26 season, however, the historic inaugural season has now been pushed back to 2026-27. Caitlin Clark Set to Return Tonight vs. Golden State

Anthony Davis Undergoes Eye Procedure Ahead of New NBA Season

Anthony Davis underwent a procedure to repair a detached retina, according to Shams Charania.  He adds that Davis suffered the injury during the season, as he was struck in the face multiple times over the course of the season. AD is expected to be ready to go when training camp begins in the fall.  Davis was traded from the Lakers to the Mavericks in the Luka Dončić trade that shocked the basketball world.
