Allen University’s Beau Harrington and Terrance Harrington named to All-SIAC Preseason Team

Courtesy of Allen Athletics Among the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference’s Preseason All-SIAC selections, senior running back Beau Herrington and senior offensive lineman Terrence Jarrett each were named to the Preseason All-SIAC Second Team Tuesday morning. Additionally, Allen was voted 11th in the SIAC’s predicted order of finish for the 2024 season.  Herrington, who is entering his fourth season as the primary running back for the Yellow Jackets, is coming-off a 2023 campaign that saw him lead Allen with 640 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns on 147 rushing attempts. Florida A&M gets commitment from former ACC Player and three-star prospect

Former three-star defensive back Bralyn Oliver has committed to Florida A&M. Oliver, announcing the latest chapter in his collegiate career in a post to his X account.  He didn’t take part in any games last season for the Orange; Emily Leiker of syracuse.com reports that he was not halfway through the season and entered the transfer portal in December. Grambling football headed to The Horseshoe in 2025

Monday Grambling football announced that they would take on the Ohio State Buckeyes in 2025.  The Tigers are headed to The Horseshoe to replace UCONN, who Ohio State is no longer set to face, on Saturday, September 6.  The Buckeyes were scheduled to face the Huskies on September 18, but according to the OSU athletic department, the decision to cancel the game and alter their schedules was a mutual one between Ohio State and UCONN.
