Devin Booker, Suns Agree to $150 Million Contract Extension

Although the Suns have moved on from Kevin Durant, and likely soon Bradley Beal, Devin Booker is staying put. Per Evan Sidery of Forbes, the Phoenix Suns and the star guard have agreed on a two-year $150 million extension that will keep Booker in the Valley of the Sun through 2030.  In the coming 2025-26 season Booker will be entering into the second year of 4-year, $224 million deal that will pay him $53.1 million next season and $57 and $61 million in 2026-27 and 2027-28, respectively.  Though the Suns…

Former NBA Lottery pick found guilty of rape

Former NBA guard Ben McLemore was found guilty of rape. Thursday an Oregon jury ruled McLemore guilty for the rape of a 21-year-woman that took place in 2021 while he was a member of the Portland Trail Blazers.  The rape occurred at a party at the home of then teammate Robert Covington on October 3, 2021. According to prosecutors, the victim was “hammered unconscious drunk” and was having difficulty walking in addition to vomiting.
