The Albany State Golden Rams head to Jacksonville, FL to take on the Tigers of Edward Waters. Albany State (4-1, 2-0) enters the contest off a 20-3 home win over Miles College. Coming off a stunning loss to Lane College in the John Merritt Classic, Tennessee State hobbles into its homecoming matchup with Bethune-Cookman. TSU starting quarterback Draylen Ellis missed the Merritt Classic with an ankle injury that happened in the second quarter of their 49-6 loss at Middle Tennessee State on Sept. 17. Jalen Suggs leaves game with leg injury

Magic guard Jalen Suggs has suffered what appears to be a leg injury in their preseason game against the Mavericks . In the first quarter Suggs went to set a screen on Dorian Finney Smith when he collided with Finney-Smith’s leg and appeared to hyperextend his left leg.
