West Virginia high school basketball player Taylor Maddox has committed to West Virginia State. Maddox, a senior at Nitro High School, which is a pretty kick-ass name for a high school, has averaged 7.6 points per game her three seasons of play for the Wildcats. In her junior campaign last season she averaged 12.8 ppg and knocking down 38 three-pointers in 24 games. Maddox’s senior season will tip off December 3 at 4pm with a home matchup with Robert C. Byrd High School.
