SIAC Weekly Softball honorees named

Da’Ondalyn Simmons (Savannah State) was named Player of the Week, while Zamiyah Williams (Miles) earned Pitcher of the Week honors. Albany State Softball takes Eastern Division crown

One day after the dominating pitching performance of Shemar Page, the Grambling State University baseball team’s offense took front and center as the Tigers exploded for 20 hits and cruised to a 25-3 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) win in seven innings over Alcorn State on Saturday afternoon at Wilbert Ellis Field at R.W.E.
