Jackson State quarterback Jared Lockhart is putting together an impressive sophomore campaign, and the numbers now have him sitting atop the FCS in passing efficiency. Through three games, Lockhart owns a 206.82 passing efficiency rating, according to Jackson State’s official statistics.
