Via Dr. Earnest Brown at Albany State Athletics The Golden Rams swept the Agnes Scott Scotties to improve to 10-0 on the season.  The Scotties begin the season 0-2. In Game 1, the Golden Rams defeated the Scotties 15-6.  The Scotties jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the top of the 1st inning.  But, Sydney Pettus 2-run HR in the bottom of the 1st inning tied the game at 2-2. HU dropped the morning contest to Robert Morris (RMU), 8-0 in five innings. From Albany State Athletics: The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) has announced its 2022 Softball Preseason Teams as voted on by the league’s head coaches and sports information directors. The 2022 preseason team is highlighted by four returning players from Spring Hill (Morgan Kramer), Kentucky State (Moana Pinner), Albany State (Glory Seay), and Clark Atlanta (Tatianna Kelly) that were selected from the 2019 Softball All-Conference Teams.
