Former Alabama A&M offensive lineman TyQuez Richardson has committed to Georgia. The Atlanta native started in all 12 games for the Bulldogs in 2025.  Coming out of Mays High School, the 6-5 330-pound Richardson chose Alabama A&M over Colorado, which had made an offer for his services. Richardson returns to his home state, the Bulldogs as part of the 53rd-ranked transfer class in the nation, according to On3’s 2026 College Football Team Transfer Portal Rankings.

Isaiah Knowles commits to FAMU

In a development that should surprise no one, former Albany State quarterback Isaiah Knowles has committed to Florida A&M.  Knowles announced his next collegiate landing spot in a post on X that was captioned “COMMITTED 🐍.” This season Knowles completed 177 of 286 passes for 2,151 yards 18 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. Prairie View’s Sparks declares for NFL draft

Prairie View defensive lineman Alajujuan Sparks has declared for the NFL Draft. Sparks began his collegiate career at Alabama as an offensive lineman, spending two seasons with the Crimson Tide before transferring to Valdosta State.  Sparks appeared in 28 games as a Blazer, recording 27 tackles ( 13 solo, 14, assisted ), 3 tackles for loss, and 3 passes defensed. Alabama State quarterback Andrew Body plans to enter the transfer portal. He announced his intentions Tuesday afternoon via social media, offering thanks and gratitude to the Alabama State fanbase, Coach Eddie Robinson, and other supporters.  In his first year as a Hornet, Body suffered an injury in the Hornets’ season opener against North Carolina Central in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge last season, limiting him to just 1 game.  In 2025 he took part in 8 games, before his season was cut short due to a shoulder injury, completing 113 of 160…

The Southwestern Athletic Conference unveiled its 2025 Football Postseason Awards Monday afternoon.
