The Nike Air VaporMax is the latest step in the journey of Nike Air that began in 1987 with the original Air Max and its groundbreaking visible air unit.  With the VaporMax, no longer does the air unit have to be undergirded by a layer of rubber for the purposes of increased protection and durability. Kobe A.D. “BHM” Now Available

The Kobe A.D is the latest addition to the collection of footwear Nike has released to commemorate and celebrate Black History Month ( and to a lesser extent, the NBA all star weekend). Like the other shoes in the collection, the AD makes use of a white black and gold color scheme, with a graphic patterned white up front, black wrapping up around the heel and gold branding rounding out this sneaker’s aesthetic. Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers: Teen Accused of Sticking Up Facebook Sneaker Seller

The 19-year old Jacksonville, Florida teen was accused of robbing a Facebook sneaker seller at gunpoint of a pair of Air Jordans. According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, and reported by WJXT-TV, the robbery victim posted an ad on a Facebook page where sneakers are bought and sold.
