FAMU’s Dominique Washington earns AVCA SE All-American Honorable Mention
For the second consecutive season, Florida A&M volleyball standout Dominique Washington was named to the AVCA Southeast Region All-American Honourable Mention list. The only HBCU player to garner such honour in any region, Washington had an outstanding season finishing the campaign with 425 kills (65th in the nation, 1st in SWAC)and 481.5 points (71st in the nation, 1st in SWAC). She also was named SWAC Player of the Year, 1st Team All-SWAC, SWAC Tournament MVP, and All-SWAC Tournament Team for the second consecutive season. The full list can be found here.
