Although like many fans of the Air Jordan XII, I would have loved to have seen the “Taxi” finally make its overdue return, the “White/Red” colorway is a more than acceptable consolation prize. It sports a ribbed, white leather upper overlaid with red lizard print mudguards on both the lateral and medial sides. The “Dunkman” theme will make its way to the LeBron XXI. It sports a black upper with silver stitching implemented in varying methods on both of the side Swooshes. A LeBron signature can be seen on the tongue with “XXI” appearing on both the lace dubrae and on the rear heel. The “Oreo” Air Jordan 6 released way back in 2010 and has since then transformed into one of the colorways that has long been clamored for a return. An upcoming colorway of the 6 that is reportedly slated to debut in 2024 has already had the “Reversed Oreo” moniker thrust upon it. Tennessee State’s Lowery named Big South-OVC Special Teams Player of the Week

Tennessee State kicker James Lowery was named Co-Big South-OVC Special Teams Player of the Week. In the Tigers 27-20 win over Kennesaw State on Saturday, the junior kicker belted a career-long 51 yard kick and also connected from 41-yards, extending his streak of consecutive kicks to five, all of which have come from at least 40-yards. Lowery was also 3-3 on extra points on the afternoon. This was the second time on the season Lowery has earned all-Conference honors.

Tennessee State gets wire-to-wire win over Kennesaw State

Behind a strong defensive effort,  The Tennessee State Tigers went on the road and picked up a win against the Owls of Kennesaw State, 27-20.  The Tigers struck first, scoring on a 51-yard field goal off the foot of James Lowery to take a 3-0 lead early in the first quarter. An initial look at the “ White/Navy Air Jordan 3

The first look of the upcoming “White/Navy” Air Jordan 3 have finally come to light. I must say based on these images, Hyde are fairly well done. The navy pairs well with the elephant print, which looks good with the thinner veins seen in the top picture. The overall color placement was well done, with the appropriate amounts of navy and grey. Tennessee State’s Monroe Beard named Big South-OVC Co-Defensive Player of the Week

Tennessee State linebacker Monroe Beard was named Big South-OVC Co-Defensive Player of the Week. Beard, a junior out of Chattaanooga, Tennessee, set the TSU single-gmae record for tackles, with 19 in the Tigers, 20-10 loss at UT Martin on Saturday. On the most recent Big South-OVC Football media call, Tennessee State head coach Eddie Eddie George was very complimentary of Beard, referring to him as “selfless”, “fiery” and some someone “who represents everything it is to be a Tennessee State Tiger.” Beard leads the conference in tackles with 49 total…
